Ordering from Creative recreation UK couldn’t be easier. We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  1. Browse the webstore, either using the top navigation menu to find a specific style/category or simply click the main category to browse our range.
  2. Once you find an item you like click and you will be taken to the product page. Here you will find detailed information about the product.
  3. If you wish to go ahead and order the product, simply select your size (Our sizes are in UK sizing so please check for the size conversion chart on the page). Once your size is selected click the add to cart button.
  4. Your item will then be added to the cart in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  5. Once you have added all your items to the cart using the steps above you are ready to checkout.
  6.  To get to the cart you can either click on the cart icon or the ‘view cart’ button when the cart is hovered over.
  7. Once in the cart and you have checked to make sure all the items you added are there click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button on the right hand side.
  8. On the checkout page simply enter all the details in the required fields and click the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button on the right hand side.
  9. Enter your PayPal login credentials and click the payment confirmation button and that’s it, you’re done!
  10. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail to your inbox shortly after.




We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our bespoke distribution centre.

We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 1.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier for a next working day delivery. This, however, is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that take longer than this time frame, due to circumstances beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays and will pend availability and credit verification.

All orders placed after 1.00PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Creative Recreation Customer Service will contact you by email.


When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website. Refused Shipments If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Creative Recreation. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. DIFFERENT BILL TO AND SHIP TO Creative Recreation uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is NOT available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
– Creative Recreation is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond their control.
– We do not ship to freight forwarders.


Return policy for online purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,Creative Recreation is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.


You may exchange your purchase with either a different size or a pair of equal value as long as we receive the unwanted pair within 14 days of the purchase.

Returns regarding promotion code/online sales.

Refunds are not available to purchases made with a promotion code, or during an online sale. You may however, exchange for a different size. If the particular size is out of stock, you are able to exchange for an item of equal value or an online credit code. 14 day policy also applies.

Credit Card Refunds

All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Once the Credit is processed it can take between 1-14 days for it to show up on your statement.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged products, we will refund shipping charges. All other returns must be sent via a recorded method of postage/courier to
